All bookings are made through HaltH, the platform I use for billing and health fund claims. When you book, you'll be asked for:
- Your Medicare number, which I keep on your file
- Your private health insurance details, so you can check your available cover before your appointment and be informed of your out-of-pocket cost upfront
- A payment method, which HaltH stores securely so each visit is billed quickly and easily
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Need to reschedule? No problem. Just let me know by email or SMS at least 24 hours before your appointment so I can offer the spot to someone else.
If you need to cancel, please give at least 12 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 12 hours' notice, and missed appointments, will incur a fee of 50% of the appointment cost.
I understand genuine emergencies happen. If something comes up, reach out and we'll sort it out together.
Late Arrivals
There's a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive within that window, your appointment will still finish at its scheduled time and the full fee applies. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late without letting me know, it will be treated as a missed appointment and the late cancellation fee applies.
